Spanish Charades
How many Spanish actions can your team guess?
- Review the vocabulary.You will see 17 Spanish verbs and verb phrases. Read them together before the game.
- Work in pairs.One student is the actor; the other is the guesser.
- Take your positions.The actor faces the screen. The guesser faces the actor, with their back to the screen.
- Act and guess.The actor acts out the phrase without speaking or writing. The guesser says the phrase in Spanish.
- You have 5 seconds!Watch the countdown: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. The screen moves to the next phrase automatically.
- Earn points.Each correct phrase guessed before time runs out earns 1 point. The teacher keeps score.
Each pair plays one round. The team with the highest score wins!
